These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of our products through this website. By placing an order with Rupe, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. Products

Each Rupe creation is carefully handcrafted. Due to the natural materials we use and artisanal manufacturing processes, slight variations in tone, texture, and grain are inherent and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece. These variations do not constitute defects.

All product descriptions, images, and dimensions shown on the website are indicative and non-binding.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an email confirmation summarizing the details. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of stock errors, payment issues, or exceptional circumstances. Made-to-order or customized products are non-returnable, except in cases of proven defect.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT. We accept payment via secure credit card gateways or other authorized methods indicated at checkout. Rupe reserves the right to adjust prices at any time; however, the price applicable will be the one confirmed at the time of order placement. Any transaction costs related to currency conversion or international payments are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across the European Union and select international destinations. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination and the size of the order. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and may vary due to factors beyond our control. Once the product is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. For made-to-order pieces, an indicative production timeline will be provided prior to confirmation.

5. Returns and Exchanges

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from delivery, provided the item is returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return, except in the event of a production defect. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receipt and inspection of the returned item, using the original method of payment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including product designs, images, texts, and branding elements, are the exclusive property of Rupe and are protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Liability

Rupe shall not be liable for delays, damages, or failures in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, transportation delays, or supply chain interruptions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising in connection with their interpretation or execution shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Matera, Italy.
